Musselman Library Services and Resources During Campus Closure

This guide is intended to provide up-to-date information about Musselman Library services and resources during the campus closure related to Coronavirus (COVID-19). Due to the Pennsylvania Governor's order on 3/19/20 to close all non-life sustaining businesses until further notice, Musselman Library is CLOSED.

Although the physical library is closed, staff are available online Monday-Friday to assist with patron needs, including support for remote instruction, helping to access digital materials, and providing distance help with research and information. For questions about library services, please email ask@gettysburg.edu

Research Help

Starting Sunday, March 22, librarians will provide reference service virtually via chat, email, and text.

 

Hours include:

  • Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 4:30 pm EST
  • Sunday-Thursday, 6:00 - 9:00 pm EST

Outside our regular hours, please email ask@gettysburg.edu. We will respond to your question as quickly as possible.

 

Research Appointment Scheduling

 

Individual research appointments are available with librarians via ZoomSchedule using our online request form.

 

Please schedule 48 hours in advance (not including weekends). Availability is between 9 am and 5 pm EST.
