Physics: Citations & Help

Citing Your Sources

The Department of Physics recommends the Style Guide of the American Physical Society.  APS uses the Chicago Manual of Style with some exceptions.  View The Chicago Manual of Style Online for additional citation help.

NoodleTools Express allows you to create citations using a quick and easy form.  Just choose the citation style, what you're citing (books, journal article, website, etc.), and fill in the citation information. You can't compile your citations into a source list, but you can copy and paste them directly into your document.

For more information about citation styles see the citation guide
