Yes! College students are eligible to register in Pennsylvania using their campus address.

When can I vote?

  • PA polls will be open on November 5 from 7 am to 8 pm. 

 

Voting here for the first time?

Voting by mail in PA

How to vote by mail in PA:

  1. Register to vote in PA, if you haven't already
  2. Apply for a mail ballot as soon as possible (deadline: October 29, 2024)
  3. After completing your ballot, be sure to follow the instructions about the secrecy envelope. Sign and date your envelope.
  4. Submit your ballot. You have choices, but in all cases, ballots must be received by 8:00 pm on election day.
    • Return your ballot by mail. Be sure it will arrive in time!
    • Submit your ballot at your county dropbox. In Gettysburg, there is a secure dropbox in the lobby of the Adams County Courthouse, at 117 Baltimore Street. The courthouse is open for drop-off Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm. 
    • Return it in person to your county elections office. The Adams County (PA) Elections Office is located at 230 Greenamyer Ln, Gettysburg, PA 17325. Hours: M-F 8:00-4:30
